time.

What do you expect from Results May Vary? Raiding a lot + progress.
Do you like playing your class? Answer, also why? I like to play my class cause i like healing!!! And i can also have a variety of dps or even tanking.
Are you fine with respeccing to a spec of the guilds need? I love healing but if it's nessecary i will! So Yes
How active do you plan to be? What days can you and cant you raid? 100% since my previous guild used to raid 5 days per week there is no problem if any day needed.
