Personal InformationYour real name: Robin
Age and Country: 23 and Sweden
Tell us about yourself: I live in Borås in sweden and I am currently studying Systems architecture, which involves plenty of programming as well as system analysis and design.
Its a very broad subject so not sure what else to say. Guess you'll get to know me after a while anyway. ^^
Tell us about your history in WoW or other MMOs: I've been playing since vanilla, my first char (a warrior) dinged 60 about the same time as naxx came out I think. I did some MC, Ony and ZG but not much. After a while I leveled a priest with the intention of healing when I reached 60. However, about the time I dinged 60 TBC was out, and shadow was the fun leveling spec, so I stayed that way.
I did some Karazhan with what was just a shadow of the old Lost Souls, filled with terrible, narrow minded players which eventually became the guilds downfall. I left before that happened though and joined iO with my priest (still shadow).
I raided with them, cleared all content pre-nerf except Sunwell.
In wotlk I took a small break in Ulduar (I was specced disc at this point), I didnt find the content very exciting, and constantly watching people fuck up on easy encounters kinda did my head in.
I came back a bit in the Totc 25 patch. And I left iO to look for a guild that more suited me, joined Kratos which on the outside seemed like a good choice, server first on Algalon back on some other server. They have troubles filling a 25 man raid though, usually pugging the last 4-6 members.
TLDR: Played since vanilla, did most stuff in the game.
Info about your computer and internet connection: Built the PC a year ago with a modern CPU and graphics card. Internet connection is 8/1.
How stable is your internet connection?: Very stable. I sometimes have to restard the modem though. :>
How much fps do you normally have in 25man raids in combat?: Usually never lag so I never check. About 30 perhaps?
Whats your ping (latency) in dalaran?: Considering everyone lags in dalaran its hardly something to go after. But it can be between 100-200ms.
Did you read and understand the criteria for joining us inside the "Application Template"? Yes

Armory Profile:
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Twisting+Nether&cn=AncientInformation about your Keybindings: What kind of information would be relevant? I use all keys thats close to WASD, three mousebuttons and with shift, ctrl and alt modifiers as needed.
Do you have Ventrilo and a working microphone which you can use if needed?: Yes
Previous PvE Experience:
Classic: MC, ZG and Ony
TBC: Everything except Sunwell
WotLK: Only thing worth mentioning as I see it is TotGC 25, 4/5. Cleared everything of the old stuff except Yogg. 6/9 ICC10.
Hodir rep level : Exalted
First aid level : 450
Do you have any PvP experience? If so what rating and bracket? Reached 2057 in 2v2 with two different ppl. Cant really motivate myself enough to get a 3v3 team and/or actually dedicate myself enough to improve above that in 2v2. Though I do have some ambitions to change that in S8. We'll see.
Do you have any out of game skills useful to the guild like web designing or movie making?: I know how to use Sony Vegas since I was studying films/movie making last year. But its not something I feel I'd want to do though.
What do you expect from Results May Vary? As long as you dont repeatedly wipe on farm content then I'm happy. I want a friendly guild with constant progress. I realised I dont want to raid 4 days a week, not only because of my studies, but also because I wanna hang with friends on the offdays, play some other game, pvp, whatever really. 2-3 days suits me.
Are you fine with respeccing to a spec of the guilds need? I really wanna say yes because it would look better in an application. But I dont really enjoy healing in 25 man raids. 10 mans are fine, but I find 25 mans to be rather mindless when it comes to healing. As holy, I just renew whoever is low and CoH the melee (or whatever group I'm assigned to) and its a win. Same goes with disc except I shield everything and do the occasional Penance and PoM.
We raid Thursday and Monday 19:00-23:00. Does the times suit you? Yes, very much so.
How active do you plan to be? What days can you and cant you raid? I usually play every day sadly enough. I just have too much free time some weeks really. Though weeks before an exam I'll obviously be less active.
Who controls your game time? (Wife/Girlfriend etc) I do
Any additional information you need to tell us? Think I covered it all. Ask if theres anything else.
Post a Picture of your UI (User interface):
https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/i/wowscrnshot012010205006.jpg/I realise now its a bit cluttery and I can probably get rid of some stuff. If I can be bothered, which I cant, since it works. :>
Looking forward to your answer.
