PostSubject: [Accepted]Cruros - Balance / Resto Druid   [Accepted]Cruros - Balance / Resto Druid EmptyThu 16 Jul 2009, 17:57

Personal Information
Your real name: Robert Dunblad
Age and Country: 17, Sweden
Tell us about yourself: I'm a dude from the cold country Sweden. I work a bit now in the summer, to finance my kebab fetish Very Happy. I like playing WoW, Counter-Strike and TrackMania. I'm living at home with my folks and my 3 sisters, and I will stay here til I have finished my studies.
Tell us about your history in WoW or other MMOs: On my first character, in TBC, max level was achieved about a month prior to patch 3.0 (with the WotLK talents + skills). I sat for 68 hours straight when WotLK was launched and was rather quick to 80.
Info about your computer and internet connection: Decent computer, can run most games on it.
How stable is your internet connection?: Very.
How much fps do you normally have in 25man raids in combat? +30
Did you read and understand the criteria for joining us inside the "Application Template"?: Yes

Character Information
Character Name: Cruros
Class & Race: Druid, Troll :d
Professions (including Cooking & Fishing): Skinning : 450, Leatherworking : on the way up; about 290 atm. Fishing and Cooking are still untouched, and I have no plans of leveling them.
Main spec: Balance OR Resto
Off Spec: Bearcat
Armory Profile:
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Twisting+Nether&n=Cruros

Information about your Keybindings: I'm using 1-6 and all the buttons around the WASD movement keys, including +Shift combinations for most of them. Also, in addition to Left+Right mouse buttons, I use mb4 and mb5 (with shift combinations as well).
Do you have Ventrilo and a working microphone which you can use if needed?: Yes
Previous PvE Experience:
Classic: Didn't start playing until TBC. But I did 3-man some of the classic raids now at 80. :d
TBC: Kara, ZA, SSC, all as Balance. (Didn't start playing for real until in the late days of TBC).
WotLK: Everything up to Ulduar except Sartharion+3, a few bosses in Ulduar 10, and FL in Ulduar 25. Have raided as all specs.
Hodir rep level : Pre-quests finished, gold farmed, relics incoming! Will be getting exalted in the near future. However, getting Leatherworking over 400 is a priority.
First aid level : 1
Do you have any PvP experience? If so what rating and bracket? Season VI is the first season where I play arenas. I'm playing with a Death Knight atm (lol, DK / Druid is a HARD COMP). Current rating is ~2050, but we peaked at 2100.
Do you have any out of game skills useful to the guild like web designing or movie making?: Sorry, I don't. =(

What do you expect from Results May Vary? High quality raiding, without slackers or retards, progression, DPS competition, a nice atmosphere in Vent, and A LOT OF FUN!
Are you fine with respeccing to a spec of the guilds need? Definately. I have good/great gear in all 3(4) specs.
We raid Thursday, Sunday and Monday 19:00-23:30. Does the times suit you? Any times suit me, as long as they don't change all of a sudden and ruin my planning.
How active do you plan to be? What days can you and cant you raid? I will be as active as I have to. Attending to most, if not all raids
Who controls your game time? I do
Any additional information you need to tell us? I consider myself one of the better players in WoW, in a PvE environment at least ^^. Also, I'm a good leader; I've often led raids, be it pugs or guild runs. And when help is asked for, I'm always at hand. As far as preparation for raids go, I'm always carrying around flasks, potions, food and glyphs to a raid.

Post a Picture of your UI (User interface): https://2img.net/h/i719.photobucket.com/albums/ww192/letterb/CrurosUI.jpg

I couldn't help but to notice that you recently had a Balance Druid applicant who was accepted on trial. Does this mean that your Recruitment Status is out of date, or do you want another Lazerkin? In either case, I'd love to be taken in on trial so I can prove my worth.
If you have any questions regarding anything, feel free to throw them at me.

edit: I'm 17, was a typo.

Thumbs up, he's a good player imo. At least in my PuG-raids. :)
PS. TrackMania was fun when it came, tho the rating sucked. :P

Cruros was one of the best players in my earlier guild.
He did good dps and adapted easily to fights.
Would sincerely recommend him, for all it's worth.

Going to post my opinion, even though it might not mean especially much.

By far the best druid I've played with when it comes to PvE, he is always topping healing meters by a large margin even if other healers outgear him.

Also doing around 5k DPS selfbuffed on target dummy as Balance.

Keeps focus throughout a raid and never screws up.

Strongly recommend him.
