Right now I work at a company that is very populair in the Netherlands called The Hema, I dont work that much since I'm still going to school ( I can combine my work really well with WoW same for my school times )

When The Wrath of the Lich King Came out i started playing as a Hardcore raider who didn't want to miss any new Upcoming Instances.
I sold my Tauren warrior just before WOTLK Came out, and rerolled a Hunter ( who was my main untill ToC Came out )

Hodir rep level : hmm.. you got me with that one, totally forgot to get the rep up after i dropped Inscription 450, since my mainspec is tank i'm only getting the Argent Crusade reputation shoulder enchants, ( i bought the shoulder enchants on my hunter if my offspec dps shoulders were replaced to get a new enchant on)
If you want me to get the epic shoulder enchants on this one, i have no problem farming it.
First aid level : Sorry, but imo for a DK first aid is useless, Dk's can keep their selves up pretty well

What do you expect from Results May Vary? a pretty decent organised guild that is doing his best to pull off new progress in ICC, Raids are combined with humor and focus, which in the end leads to some nice kills on the progress list
Are you fine with respeccing to a spec of the guilds need? yes, i got no problems with it at all
We raid Thursday and Monday 19:00-23:00. Does the times suit you? Yes.
How active do you plan to be? What days can you and cant you raid?
Monday, I might not be able to raid at that day but im not sure yet we still need to get our scedule for next years Guitar Lessons.

What I think about loot : Its a tool to improve your current raiding encounters,
Not something to get horny from or mindcontrolled from, I'm not an epic hoar.
Before needing an item I always check out my guildy's current gear and if its an better upgrade for them than for me I pass,if there is not a big difference in upgrade I will need It

That's the most important raiding day we have, it's the day that we make progress on new bosses. Maybe you can plan the lessons on another day?
