Tell us about yourself: Well I'm currently in high school, first year. We have exams now so I can play as late as I want pretty much. I know I'm young, but you should at least read my application through before declining me.
Tell us about your history in WoW or other MMOs: Phew, that's a long one :b I started playing about 3 years ago. I started out as a Night elf hunter on Twisting Nether, on her I raided MC/Ony/ZG - Never got the chance to do naxx at 60. Around tbc release I rerolled a dwarf rogue who then became my main and in tbc I was a pvp person. Until I Created a mage, raided SSC/TK/Gruul/kara on her. In late tbc I'd finally had enough of alliance and I rerolled an undead warlock, also on Twisting nether. After I got him to 70, wotlk hit. I then, like everybody else, made a dk and had him as my main for a while, until I decided to make myself a druid, as I've always thought they were an awesome class.

Do you have Ventrilo and a working microphone which you can use if needed?: (Yes / No)yep
Previous PvE Experience: (BWL/AQ40/Naxx(60)/Hyjal/BT/Naxx(80)/Sartharion/Malygos) As a druid Naxx/EoE/VoA/OS done on 10/25. I've only done a small part if ulduar so far (10man), but I am more than happy to read up on the tacs before an encounter I've never seen before.
Hodir rep level : Havn't started.
First aid level : I've always prefered to cast a rejuvation instead, so havn't leveled it yet as I've never needed it. I will soon though.
Do you have any PvP experience? Max rating 2030 ish, but as a rogue, so far I havn't pvp'd as druid.
What do you expect from Results May Vary? I expect to finally get to see ulduar on the inside. I hope that I have finally found "my" guild. By my guild, I mean that it's casual (not 5 days a week), but still with skilled and serious members, who are always up for a laugh. Knowing when the time is right for fun/serious is important.
Are you fine with respeccing to a spec of the guilds need?Absolutely
We raid Thursday, Sunday and Monday 19:00-23:30. Does the times suit you? It suits me perfectly
How active do you plan to be? What days can you and cant you raid?I plan to be very active. Only days I can't raid will be work days (which are random) and if I need time for ze girlies

I don't want to disappoint you, but the healer situation seems fine nowdays in RMV. I don't think there is space for one more restoration druid.
Your low Sons of Hodir rep level and first aid skill, missing enchants, hit rating on healing gear are also quite unpromising.
But wait the recruitment officer with the final decision.

Well if it was because I'd been trying to get the hit rating, I'd understand you. But those 2 items with +hit just happened to be the best that I've been able to get so far, it's not like I havn't been bidding on better stuff.

The enchants I'm working on, but I just am not that wealthy, so it doesn't get fixed instantly.

Also, what good is FA for me? Healing is faster and more effective. Like I said I will fix it so guilds will be satisfied, but I doubt I will ever need it. I don't think your critizism was thought out that well, to be honest.
